I -really- had to fart.
Like. Bad.
So I did.
BUT IT WAS QUIET.
But it nearly made me get off the damn ellipical.
Sometimes I hate myself but then I remember how hilarious the situation would be telling it to others.

I ate about 1,100 calories today.. Below what I should, admittedly, but hey! I’m dieting and I’m still staying in a safe range. I will -never- dip below 1,000 calories.
Ever.
None of that ANA shit.
Either way. I also went to the gym today.
Did a 30 minute work out on the elliptical… Moderate workout. I burned, according to it, 326 calories..
Then I did a 15 minute workout on the bicycle.. Light effort since that was my ‘cool down’… Burned about 128 calories.
So that’s a total of 450 calories burned, give or take.
I feel fucking great right now. Seriously energized and everything. :D
So now I’m going to go and take care of some grocery shopping.. Even though I’m all icky and sweaty and shit.
Either way… Quick question.
Am I doing this shit right? I mean… I saw somewhere where you have to burn more calories than you eat or something like that..
Feedback would be great! I know a shit-ton about excercise… But not much about dieting. -___-;;;;;

So I wen at like 11pm and hopped on the eliptical.
I stayed on for 20 minutes and burned like 210 calories..
Going again tonight! :D Gonna beat that!

0 notesI started today off with a rocky start… But it’s been fantastic!
I didn’t go to the gym earlier, but I’m making up for it… And the donut I ate this morning.
I had lunch with the Caspers, so I ate fried shrimp… But I think that’s okay because I had a 6 inch sweet onion chicken teriyaki on flat bread from Subway… Which is healthy. At least it’s under 400 calories.
As for exercise… I’ve ridden my bike around the complex twice so far, and I plan on doing it two more times. I’m doing sprint intervals since I don’t have my inhaler anywhere near me… So I’m letting my heart rate slow down before each time so not to risk anything. My apartment complex is pretty big, and it’s on a hill so it’s a good work out… My legs are shaking after each time and my chest is hurting. Now, also I haven’t ridden in a seriously long time, but it’s a start.
After this, I plan on doing a few of the 100 calorie workouts and then turning the night over and playing a round of Left 4 Dead with Caitlin!
Besides that, my day has just been a plus all the way around. All of my classes were fun, I’m starting to understand the math formatting and problems of the GRE so I’m worrying less about that… And I also had a movie night with my bestie Kaci aaaaand found some lingerie to wear for my boyfriend when I see him this weekend for our early Valentines day! Not that you needed to know that, but damnit, I’m excited!
Now… I’m relaxed and my heart has slowed… So, time for another lap!
